TOCCOA.NET is a privately-funded site with two main purposes, to Provide useful information to members of our community and to Advertise our community to the internet public We depend on members of the community - clubs, groups, governmental entities, private citizens -- to provide much of the content of TOCCOA.NET. The people of Toccoa, of Avalon, of Martin, and of Stephens County in general are involved in a great many worthwhile and productive activities.
